BLCC Singapore​ is pleased to share that a delegation from De Hanze​ International Club of Flanders will be visiting Singapore in November 2024.

You are cordially invited to join the 28 delegates for this exclusive visit to SUTD​(Singapore University of Technology and Design) on 20 November 2024, (Wednesday), followed by a networking event inclusive of a welcome drink, 1 minute pitch per guest and dinner with 2 hours free flow drinks (wine, beer, soft drinks and juices) in the exquisite Traditional Chinese Structure (TCS) @ SUTD.

SUTD​ was established to advance knowledge and nurture technically grounded leaders and innovators to serve societal needs with the mission to

• redefine design, education and research, and draw on multiple disciplines to make a positive impact on society
• nurture technically-grounded leaders who embrace risks to continuously innovate for a better tomorrow.

During this visit, you will have this special opportunity to be on a guided tour to 4 of the innovative labs within SUTD, which will be an eye-opener to what SUTD can offer through its curriculum.

After the tour, you will proceed to Traditional Chinese Structure (described as the oldest Chinese structure in Singapore and donated by film star Jackie Chan) for a welcome drink, 1 minute pitch and a delectable dinner with 2 hours of free flow drinks (wine, beer, soft drinks and juices)

• Introduction of SUTD , Introduction and exhibition of Architecture and Sustainable Design (ASD)
• Tour of the 4 labs - Food 3D Printing, DmanD, ASD Studio 2, Fabrication Lab

5.30pm to 6pm

• Welcome reception

6pm to 7pm

• 1 minute pitch per guest

7pm to 9pm

• Networking dinner with 2 hours free flow drinks

You have the option to register for

1) the visit to SUTD and networking event from 2.20pm to 9pm . Please meet at 2.20pm at Entrance A SUTD, 8 Somapah Road S487372 (Beside Library)

or

2) the networking event from 5.30pm to 9pm. Please meet in Traditional Chinese Structure (TCS) via Blk 57. You can request the cab driver to alight you at Blk 61 Changi South Avenue 1 S486000 OR Blk 53 Changi South Avenue 1 S485996 and then look for signages to TCS.
