International Women's Day 2023: Women Leaders in Tech

Women in tech are breaking the glass ceiling and year over year increasing the percentage of women in leadership roles. According to Deloitte's 2022 study about a quarter of leadership positions at the largest technology firms are held by women. Although this is a positive evolution, more action is required to achieve a higher female participation number.

At International Women's Day at the Belgian Embassy, you will be able to meet tech professionals whose aim is to #EmbraceEquity, the 2023 IWD theme.

The group of panellists will explore how to encourage girls' interest in STEM education, and also how to hire, grow and retain female talent.
