Refund Policy

Registration is binding and payment is non-refundable.
Please note that photographs and videos may be taken during events. You may be tagged on our social media, website, newsletters etc (kindly let us know if you do not want to be published/tagged).
Members & participants contact information will be shared with other members and participants of events.
The organizers reserve the right to change the program content without giving prior notification for any reasons thereof.
Participants are expected to arrive on time, to dress appropriately, and to behave. Damages to any facility or equipment contained in the facility during an event will be charged to the participant.
